These By-laws may be amended, altered or repealed, in whole or in part, at any regular or special meeting of the Board, duly called and held, upon a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the persons then serving as Directors, but any by-laws adopted by the Board may be amended, altered or repealed and new by-laws adopted by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of all Regular Members.
