Meeting Overview:
The Board extended their congratulations to Sandy Swider on her appointment to VP Brand Leader of Four Points by Sheraton.
State of the Brand – Sandy Swider - Hoyt Harper Significant RevPar increases for the brand had been achieved over the past year. The development Pipeline is the best the brand has ever recorded. GSI scores year on year have improved in every category. StarGuest Responses were shared and discussed by the group.
