STARWOOD ASFONA MEETING

DALLAS - TEXAS
The ASFONA Board of Directors meet at least twice per year with the senior management of Starwood. The last meeting took place on November 8th at the "W" Hotel in Dallas. A follow up to this meeting took place on January 30th 2007 at the St. Regis in New York.
There was also a meeting of the ASFONA Board on November 7th. The new Associate Members and "Honorary Board Members" joined this meeting later in the day. Each Honorary Board Member was individually welcomed and gave an overview of their company.

Prior to the meeting John Shingler the ASFONA President, communicated with all ASFONA members to inform them of the meeting and the proposed discussion points.

Following this meeting Steve Heyer invited John Shingler and the ASFONA Board of Directors to New York on January 30th 2007 to discuss the plans Starwood are developing for the brands. The priority agenda point focusing on the Sheraton Brand. The meeting was set and scheduled to take place at the St. Regis Hotel, New York.

ASFONA BOARD MEETING
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS - HONORARY BOARD MEMBERS
At the November 7th meeting of the ASFONA Board the Board was very pleased to welcome the new "Honorary Board Members" to their first meeting with the group.
"This is a whole new world for ASFONA, it's members and everone associated with the Association", said John Shingler the organizations President. "We,the Board of Directors together with our membership group and the management team at Starwood Hotels & Resorts are committed to building World Class Brands supported by a world class ownership and franchise group. This now includes a small group of highly respected suppliers to the hotel industry who, by invitation only, will be joining ASFONA and will be working with us to ensure that Starwood brands are positioned as world class leaders"
The next meeting with the ASFONA Board & Honorary Board will be February 15th & 16th at the Dolphin Hotel in Orlando. A number of Starwood executives will be joining this meeting starting with a Dinner on the 15th and meeting on the 16th concluding at 1.00 PM.
