CONFERENCE CALL OVERVIEW
John Shingler informed the group that he had been provided input for the discussion from each of the ASFONA members from the above who were not able to join the call that day.
Steve Walch explained that all of the participant’s comments would be shared with the Fee Steering Committee and with the Fee owner of the particular program. The following topics were discussed on the call:

Global Conference
Fees - Mandatory & Optional
Revenue & Yield Management Training
To conclude, Steve reassured the group that their comments and questions on each subject would get the full attention of the Steering Committee at the April 28th meeting, and he will also share the input with the respective fee owners. He then thanked everyone for their participation and concluded the call.
