Randal K. Oberlag, PE serves as the President of E2MS, the emergency and environmental services division. He has years of high-level domestic and international environmental management experience. Mr. Oberlag holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and has completed graduate studies in structural engineering and engineering mechanics at Columbia. Mr. Oberlag holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and holds a B.A. in Physics. He is a licensed attorney as well as a licensed civil engineer and structural engineer. Mr. Oberlag has served as senior Environmental Attorney Specialist for the State of Arkansas. He is a past president of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Arkansas Section, and has been a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, and National Association of Corrosion Engineers, as well as the American Bar Association. His project experience includes numerous hotels and resorts.
